Cat is a model, creator, cancer survivor and professionally serving as a detective with the Bristol police. 

Having begun modelling in her 50s after her teenage daughter got scouted, she has built a growing community around her distinctive personal style, honest approach to beauty and refreshing perspective on getting older.

But for Cat, aging well has never simply been about how we look; her perspective has been shaped by a life lived well beyond the beauty industry. From surviving cancer and the experience of extensive life-saving medical treatment, to a career within the police force, her relationship with beauty, ageing and self-confidence is grounded in lived experience rather than perfection.

At a time when women are surrounded by increasingly complicated messages about how they should look, feel and age, Cat is interested in asking a different question: what does ageing well actually mean? Through conversations via her Social Media channels, spanning beauty, personal style, health, confidence, work, resilience and everyday life, she is building a space that celebrates getting older without prescribing what that should look like.
