Simon Isaksson is a professional skateboarder from northern Sweden, where he began skating at the age of four. He moved to Barcelona at 19 to make his mark in the skate community with his creativity and distinctive approach, both as a skateboarder and a videographer.
Movies he made with his friends went on to gain worldwide attention and became some of the most influential skate videos of the decade. He played a big part in shaping how people skate today. The Sour Solution 2 won Video of the Year at the 2019 Transworld Skateboarding Awards, and his closing part—where he became the first to do a street loop—was nominated for Video Part of the Year. He’s been sponsored by Nike since 2016 and has appeared in numerous publications and videos. After carving out a name for himself in the skate world, his style and creativity also began drawing interest from the fashion industry.
